Proposed Changes to the Local Rules of Court, Effective July 1, 2024
Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is seeking public comments on the proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court, effective July 1, 2024. The comment period will run from March 13, 2024 through April 27, 2024.
Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer.
All comments must be received by Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
