Mission Statement
The purpose of the San Francisco Superior Court is to assure equal access, fair treatment, and the just and efficient resolution of disputes for all people asserting their rights under the law.

The CEO is the chief executive of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, who is responsible for managing approximately 420 employees, overseeing a $76.9 million budget and implementing Court policies and procedures.

Complaints and Grievances Process
Complaints/Grievances must be made in writing and include the following:
- Full name
- Date of complaint
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Case name
- Case number
- Detailed description of the complaint/issue. Include: Date and time of occurrence and supporting documentation if applicable

Third-Party Licensing for Use of Court Facilities
Parties seeking third-party licensing for use of Court Facilities should fill out the following Third-Party Licensing Form
Please submit these requests at least 45 days before the event to assure enough time for review and approval of the request and successful completion of any necessary paperwork.
Please contact Court Administration at 400 McAllister Street, Room 205 or 415-551-5737 as soon as possible if you have had an item misplaced at the Court. All unclaimed items placed in the Court's Lost and Found will be discarded after 30 days.
