Hearings in Asbestos/CEQA Department

• 9:30 a.m. Asbestos Law & Motion and Discovery Hearings – on Tuesdays, Counsel and parties may appear in Department 301 by videoconference using Zoom (see the Asbestos/CEQA link below) or in person.
• 11:00 a.m. Asbestos Ex Parte Hearings – on Tuesdays, appearances are by CourtCall only. Parties must contact CourtCall at 1-888-88-COURT in advance to schedule an appearance.
• 1:30 p.m. CEQA Motion Hearings – on Mondays, Counsel and parties may appear in Department 301 by videoconference using Zoom (see the Asbestos/CEQA link below) or in person.
