Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is seeking public comments on the proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court, Effective January 1, 2027. The comment period will run from September 16, 2026 through October 31, 2026.

Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer.

All comments must be received by Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
