Proposed Changes to the Local Rules of Court, Effective, July 1, 2026

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is seeking public comments on the proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court, Effective July 1, 2026. The comment period will run from March 18, 2026 through May 2, 2026.

Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer.

All comments must be received by Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
