Notice of Public Comment Period on Proposed Changes to Local Rules Effective July 1, 2022

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notification that the public comment period for the proposed changes to Local Rules Effective July 1, 2022, has commenced on March 16, 2022 through April 29, 2022. The proposed changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address: http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org/general-info/local-rules Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to T. Michael Yuen, Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Friday, April 29, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.
