Public Notice of 2026-27 Budget Allocations For The Superior Court Of California, County of San Francisco

The following notice is provided in accordance with the Government Code §68511.7, which requires the Court, prior to adopting a baseline budget for the fiscal year to provide the public notice of, and the opportunity for input on, the proposed plan. 

The Proposed Budget Plan for the San Francisco County Superior Court is available to the public at the Civic Center Courthouse at 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco in Room 205, or on the Court’s website at http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org. Additional information about the court budget and state trial court funding is provided by the Judicial Council of California at http://www.courts.ca.gov.

Members of the public who wish to submit comments on the San Francisco Superior Court’s Proposed Budget Plan must do so via email to sfcourtbudget@sftc.org by August 7, 2026.
